When the Brothers of Holy Cross founded St. 爱德华的 University, they set out to provide educational opportunities for students of varied cultural, religious and economic backgrounds.
Today we carry on that mission, giving all students who come to St. 爱德华的 the foundation of a liberal arts education and the tools they need to navigate our complex world, accomplish their goals and contribute to their communities. We embrace these values, which are rooted in the Holy Cross tradition, and consider them a call to action in our modern world.
At the same time, our focus on intellectual curiosity, boldness and a global perspective encourages our students to be challenged academically, venture outward for growth and development, and make a difference. While pursuing educational excellence, our LiveWell SEU initiative also promotes well-being and fosters life-long resilience, ensuring education of the heart and mind.
